MTN BAD SERVICE EVER

I went to Balfour park MTN branch to pay my account and i was told that i was handed over to legal department however they cannot explain as to why and how i was handed over and was told to call their customer service and i called as i was told but i was not assisted and told to call on Monday since Sunday their legal department is not working weekend fine i understood their working hours then today its Monday i called as i was told to do but still today i was not assisted i am sent from pillar to post no one can tell me as why my account is under legal nor being told how much to pay please assist with resolving my query because they are really not brightening my day as their slogan
