MTN Bad service

My Name is Julian Flandorp, I have signed up with MTN 2 weeks ago to get a month to month home internet contract. I made the payment of R474 and have not received any product from them as promised. I then send an email to there complaints department after 20 plus phone calls and the consultants sends me from this department to the other without any feedback. I have requested for them to rather pay my money back 3 days ago and they have not contacted me. I phoned now again and they are again sending all around the MTN universe with no help.
