MTN BAD SERVICE

I paid for my cellphone contact on Friday. I don’t quite recall the amount due but I am sure I paid R200-R300 extra for my account.

I then received a message from MTN yesterday stating I need to pay a further amount.

How am I liable for paying again if I paid 4 days ago. I paid more than what MTN required, yet I’m being charged again!!!

Also we have asked for this line to be moved to a full time prepaid line and nobody from MTN bothered to contact us to finalize this.

Really below average service time and time again from MTN
