MTN bad service

Am disappointed very disappointed at MTN i had a contract with them which i paid it off few weeks ago now i want to cancel the contract they are send me pillar to post all i want from MTN is my my letter of cancelation thats all

I wrote emails the useless legal department til today no respond eish i need help
