Mtn bad service don't go the Mtn way

I got a home wifi router today the lady told me it will go on in hour or two still no wifi .No one can help me because it's a system error on there side .they take your money buy you still need to wait because the people that can fix this doesn't work on weekends so why do you have a support line. We hade a other router and I still needed to buy a home bundle just so that I could have wifi pay double just to have wifi and all they can say is sorry wait untill Tuesday .Really zero for service
