MTN bad service

MTN is such ****!!! My husband had a 24 Months contract for 2 phones which ended in July. We did not renew the contract but still MTN is billing. We were told to cancel it of which we did and even got a reference to say the contract will not be renewed.

Sometime this week I noticed I wasn't receiving calls because I was expecting a very important call and I couldn't make calls too. I went to Ballito Lifestyle MTN shop, the agents told they don't know what happened. They can't even pick up the reference on their system. We now owe R650 for the past 3 months since the contract ended.

MTN is full of nonsense!!!
