MTN bad service

Really, why I put up so long with bad service at MTN?

Like a prevous time I boight airtime and again it doesn't reflect on my balance. Going to the branch helps nothing. They just pass the buck and say tat they cant do anything about it.

At long last my bank succeeded in getting the payment through. Now it shows on my app, but once you try to buy minutes or data it says there is no money. The momey reflects as airtime, but can not purchase anything. Realllllly third world country service.
