MTN Bad service

I've ran out of data a couple of days ago and I've been unable to load data from the MTN app, Banking app even using the USSD code. MTN admins have been telling me that they are resetting the device or line to date they still fail.

This is the worst service given that I have had a contract with them for over 15 to 20 years and now I'm getting **** service. I can't work remotely because of this and all they can say is for me to call again tomorrow.
