Mtn bad service

MTN hasn't resolved my issues with my data and they have suspended my wifi but I've paid, they telling me they won't be able to provision it for me this month as I was late in payments but they know for a fact that I made the payment but used one reference number for everything, I called in for them to fix this matter till yoday nothing was done as this matter is still open_But I've logged 2 tickets on the 8thmay *** and the other on 14thmay *** and it was about this but nobody answered me back but how is this my fault. Bad client service
