MTN bad service

MTN is the worse service provider, they keep on sending me emails that there is money outstanding, but i phoned in twice with reference numbers that my premiums are paid up to date 03/06/2025: Your query *** has been closed 30/06/2025 Your query *** has been closed

and i have struggled since last year November for MTN to help me with my debit orders that is wrong since I changed my banking details last year ever since I keep on receiving unpaids because of the bank change.

I want to speak to a manager but they never call me.

It reflects bad on my credit score because of MTN not doing their work.

I am sick of the service I receive from MTN.
