MTN BAD SERVICE

debit order deducted doubled. Service still not loaded on my MTN account after 14 days. Call center dont even know their product portfolio, nor can they assist in loading the service or credit on the double debited amount. Call center put me through to their manager when the call conveniently disconnected.
