MTN BAD SERVICE

It is with great frustration and irritation that I am writing this review today. I have been with MTN for years but lately their service is the absolute worst. So since they decided to make their billing date in the middle of the month the chaos started. I signed a debit order to pay them at the end of each month. AND GUESS WHAT they started putting it through middle month again and again which ended up in a whole load of unpaid charges as obviously I didn't have funds middle of the month. Okay so then cancelled the debit and started paying EFT each month. Each month I send a message to make an arrangement to pay end of the month and each month I honor that arrangement. This month again I mailed to make an arrangement. They rep**** with the account is not overdue yet so they cannot load the arrangement. So when the messages started to make payment I again send the arrangement and they acknowledged that it is received and in place. AND THIS MORNING my line is suspended. ???!!!!!!! Seriously? What is up with the horrible communication. How *********** can you become??!!! So yes just to let all of the new potential customers know it is not even worth looking at MTN anymore. Previous years I would have been first in the que to recommend them but lately seriously relooking at my options.
