Mtn bad service

Mtn has the worst service ever,I had challenges with them ,I paid R1900 and asked them to send me a statement to show how did they break it down to three months,it's been a month waiting,today I spoke to a consultant who was in front of a computer but was unable to tell me which months I am owing,ok we agreed that I pay for the month of August but to my surprise the debut order mandate said that mtn will debut R1300 on the 20th of August 2024,yooh!
