mtn bad service bottom line

pathetic service when did my upgrade the call and upgrade via phone was quick, was promise 3 to 7 day delivery not saying working days, i contacted them 9 May and could not tell me when my handsets will be delivered could not even pick up what the status of the delivery was. pathetic service now got to wait another 7 days for delivery. pathetic
