MTN Bad service

I upgraded my contract with MTN and received my phone. i was told i would receive a voucher to to either purchase a speaker or a smart watch. no one knows what is going on and until today im still waiting for feedback. i always need to contact MTN on Messenger to do a follow up. No one has contacted me regarding this.
