MTN Bad service

I have app**** a week a for an iphone 11 64g by MTN and on Wednesday 29th of June i was called and told that my application was approved and that the entire process was done and I was successful and we went through the terms and conditions where it would be delivered I answered all the verification questions only to find out that due to a system error the process was cancelled, i called in today and Cassidy let me know. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! It is not my fault that due to your incompetence I cannot receive the service I was promised!! @MTN When I called to find out what was happening they said that I can’t apply for the phone anymore due to something that was wrong with their systems and to top it all off it took from my credit and making it so low that I cannot apply for any apple product now.
