MTN bad service

Good day Can someone from MTN headoffice or there legal dep contack me regarding my account. Since May 2020 I did not get any response from MTN on my account. Now my acc is at there legal depDCCM, the nr that MTN gave me is not working so how do MTN think I must solve this problem. MTN is going down the drain. I want this problem solve and verry fast. MTN get someone to call me from your legal dep my nr is *** Acc nr A***. Hope to hear soon from you
