MTN - bad service and they don't care!!

Shocking service from MTN who refuse to deal with a contract upgrade provided by an agent telephonically that was not suitable. Firstly they send you from one department to another and no-one can help you and then customer service just ignore requests for help (several) - no response whatsoever - unbelievable. My advice after this - do NOT do upgrades over the phone with an agent - do them physically so that you make sure of what you get and you have recourse if there is an issue.
