MTN BAD SERVICE AND FORGETING TO ALOCATE DATA

I bought a mtn data with router 35 Meg line, in week and now I have to work and my my internet not working properly, and all MTN has to say sorry they for for to allocate the data and will lock a ticket that takes u to 3 day and I just have to be OK with it but I need it running now not in 3 days, quick to take my money and pro-rata payments but can't help when needed please help me here
