MTN bad service and delay on refunds

Hi, I had ordered the a data package which included a router + sim card for R250 from MTN. I was given excuses all the time when I would contact them for the status on the delivery on the device. Eventually they decided to send me an email stating that my order has been cancelled due to shortage of stock. I would like to be refunded the amount already paid for the package.
