MTN bad service and breach of contract

I have absolutely had enough with MTN service and debit orders, this is the 3rd month my debit order goes off with an incorrect amount and date. this is an ongoing issue where i literally have to reverse my debit order at my own cost. MTN this is breach of contract to your customer. Any attorney that can help me resolve this matter please!
