MTN Bad Service again!!!

I was a victim of ***** recently. It was my fault I made an error. I called MTN for help but just got one recording after another. YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO A RECORDING. I eventuality got through to an agent and she suspended my account. I asked for a ***** Line and after speaking to a number of agents I got a link. There were 3 options, 1 did not answer and the other 2 suggested you contact 136. 136 is recordings and no-one to talk to. I am disgusted with the service from MTN.
