Mtn bad service

Hi there to helopeter I have a college that have been trying to cancel her mtn contract and the company is refusing to cancel it. She have been going to the stores in medlife plaza mtn port Elizabeth, baywest mtn and even the big branch In Caperoad port elizabeth trying to desperately cancelling the contract and making it prepaid, every time they saying they will be escalating the matter. Mtn says that they can't help her, her account gets block continuesly because the amount that she have to pay to open the account. The contract is past it expire date is there no way for anyone from this platform to assist in any way its frustrating her and it is also becoming a concern that there is no one to be able to assist her
