MTN BAD SERVICE

My Phone was ****** about a month ago and i have been trying to get it blacklisted since then its a month later and still MTN can't blacklist the phone due to technical reasons. I am unable to claim from insurance because of this and nothing is being done from the call center and MTN store West Park Qugga
