MTN BAD SERVICE

MTN send me notifications that i can upgrade as usual after my contract expires. I am a customer for MORE than 30 years, got a fixed income/ permanent job. Went to their stores in Rivonia spoke to Sabelo Buthelezi (***) who confirmed i can upgrade. As i got there he notified me there is now an issue with my credit rating and my upgrade was declined. 3 years ago, when I upgrade with nothing changed, I upgrade successfully.
