MTN bad service

We ordered new phones last week and the consultant told us that she would call us once she placed the order ans keep us in the loop from the get go

We arrived today at mtn mall at reds. And she does not have the order. She dis not call us or informed us about anything.

She is very unprofessional We expected a better service
