Mtn bad service

Was contacted by Mtn sales rep to upgrade data with router. Cost PM will be R249. The rep, who's name I got, said above that you will receive add voice minutes and data on my cellphone. I send email and spoke to their customer service agent, who's name I have, who would escalate the problem. Invoice received is R610. No reply yet and in 3 weeks have not checked recording. With Banks it takes 30 min. ********* and hope all will be sorted.
