MTN Bad Service

This seems to be the only way to get issues sorted by MTN. I can't dial the MTN Customer care line or Contract contact number, it just shows" Call ended" Please get that fixed for me.

I tried calling MTN using my work landline to try and arrange a debit order since it didn't go out this month the consultant told me that her system is freezing i must call the prepaid call center and ask them to transfer me again, i asked her why is she not taking down my number and call me back since the error is on her side she said she is not allowed to. I called back again, the consultant said she's transferring me but dropped the call.

My i please get someone who will assist me with arrange a debit order.
