MTN Bad Service !!!!!

Hi l am furious with MTN that can not END !!!! My HOME WiFi CONTACT ***)on the 19/05/2022 as per call agent on 19/04/2022 I called 135 more than 10 times and went to 2 stores (Somerset West Mall MTN and Cape Gate Mall MTN) and the contract is still active and now they want to charge me out of contact rates😡😡😡😡cancellation keep on failing l am not going to pay for your systems failure l want this thing cancelled today no excuses!!!!!!!!!
