Mtn bad service

Mtn owes me money and i am not getting any respond. They cancelled my contract . Some company selling products **** to me an then they cancelled my contract. I am tryint to get in touch the number 135 you can not speak to a consultant anymore. Please can MTN phone me . This is so bad . Been with them for 21 years. Makes me think.
