Mtn bad service

Mtn consultants are so inconsiderate,I've called , email and texted via Facebook book it's like they work for different companies they don't have the same information and they take their own time to assist. I had to call and email them for more than 3 months to get them to fix my account which they claimed I had missed payments on , I sent them proof of payment multiple times which they took forever to update and they handed over my account because of this nonsense. I tried calling again and managed to get through legal team after days which they informed me to pay +R3000 which I did on top of another R3000 I had paid 2 weeks prior, was told to wait 7 days for my account to work again when I called in after 7 days my account was no where to be found . I kept calling for days until someone from the legal team told me they will open my account I need to wait 7 days again and I received email from them with reference number which gave me hope because that was the first consultant to give me reference number so that I can track my query. 2 weeks has passed my account still not working, I followed up on the reference number and was told I must play R1000 so that my account can be opened . I feel like mtn is ****ming people really so that we can be indebted to them for life because tell me why every consultant demands money and these amounts don't show at the mtn store as to what it's for. My Installment was also supposed to go down since I had finished my hawei contract in March but still no change.
