MTN bad service

Very poor service and bad attitude. Consultants not trained to work with customers and MTN systems. Can't give right advise, and not willing to give proper service. Stopped my contacts at MTN, will never take contracts from MTN because of their not user friendly 135 customers service line not being able to speak to consultants (MTN champion) them going to store to not being helped as well. MTN take money from account and not being able to talk to agent to stop the deduction. Spoke to personal in Woodland store with no luck, and blaming customers for MTN *****ing money from account when MTN is sending lots of adverti*****t Sms's to hide relevant sms. Visited store two times and still had too resolve the situation myself after manager told me to F**** out of store. Had to force locked door open when staff did not open doors. Didn't know it was locked and glass cracked and had charges layed against me for their total *********** service. I Was assaulted by 2 staff members at shopping center entrance. MTN head office contacted me and problem still not resolved. Have to appear in court for being locked in and forcing doors open.
