Mtn Bad service

Don't even need a star. Very bad bad service Mtn springs mall!! Me and my husband were there Monday morning to upgrade and something wrong with the system sent us home will contact us if everything is done still nothing thay monday. Today still nothing I have called 4 times this Tuesday and still nothing wil called me back and am still waiting. Very bad bad really
