mtn bad service

I had a contract that i cancelled due to theire bad service.I am waiting almost 2months for a cash refund of which im told that it's been refunded lastweek but nothing shows in my bank account.They gave me a waiting period of which had past already.I would like for them to contact me ASAP because i want my money.
