MTN bad service

I have been an MTN customer for over 25 years. I app**** for a LTE contract and was assured by the consultant that the contract would be approved within the day. Early afternoon I receive an email confirming that the order has been placed. I tried in vain to get the consultant at the local branch to be able to finalize, it is excuse after excuse. This is the second time in 3 years that this consultant just cannot get a contract finalized and keeps blaming it on either her computer or a system glitch. Always excuses and never gets the contract finalized. Pathetic service
