MTN - BAD SERVICE

After almost three weeks trying to convert my personal account to business and two days without services , on a whole other plan-option now and clients still not able to contact me , nobody can still be of help . My bussines left with no connectivity .Complaints lodged without any feedback .This is the worst service I have ever seen .
