MTN Bad service

Service is not up to standard. Upgraded my home network and after a day it says data finished, but more than enough data is available. Upon phoning them they said the new upgrade has not been loaded. It has been 4 days with no feedback en still not resolved. You pay for a service but this what you get, but make a late payment then you would be contacted immediately. Also speaking to anybody regarding nat type and getting it resolved they are absolutely clueless.
