MTN BAD SERVICE

I have cancelled my contract with MTN in September 2020 but it was never cancelled so they had to do a late cancellation they promised to refund my money for the late cancellation I have not had anything from them when I call they keep transferring me to the next agent with no resolution service is really bad.
