Mtn bad service

The worst service ever I currently took out a contract in the beginning of October and was advised I still had a credit limit of 2300 remaining in November I tried taking out an additional line only to be told my limit is 0.00 and I need to request a credit increase which was so called logged and wait for 24 hours, nevertheless 5 days passed with no response I tried calling and was put through to various departments with no help what so ever from the consultants until the 6th day when I got through to a customer care agent who checked and told me the vetting department cancelled my request for the credit increase without a valid reason extremely disappointed with them
