MTN BAD SERVICE

I went to the one of MTN branch that is in pinetown spar knowls branch to apply for cell phone contacts I submitted everything they needed and I was approved but when I came back to collect my phone because they told me they have to get my phone to the bigger branch they keep phones because they are a small branch. When I come back the following day the person assist me first time he was off but got an assisted by another lady she told me she can't assist me because the system is giving her issues when she try to checkout my order she have to cancel the order and do another one and I ask you won't run another credit check because I don't need many credit checks on my credit history she said no but she was lying.

I have a bad experience with MTN bad service they ruined my credit score I have many credit enquiries with MTN now here is the reference I even called the head office ‪***‬
