MTN bad service
MTN charged me even though I was not using their data,they were also not loading data for me,got arrears that were handed over to the lawyers,i will never open a contract with MTN again.

20 Dec 2024, 12:21And then when you've paid their lawyers cancelling the contract,you jump through fire loops where they ask you rocket science questions like information from 5 years ago(how is one suppose to remember information from 5 years ago?) don't walk into a deadly trap where you'll have an agreed contract period but when it ends the agreement doesn't end until you call them and remind them of their contractual obligations!!!
