MTN Bad service!!!!!!!

MTN customer service is very bad with with service. I have been having bad service since the beginning of lockdown in March 2020. Now recently I have been trying to cancel my 2nd contract since beginning of August with no luck. I will be put on hold for 30 minutes and eventually I drop the phone. I give feedback and complain about the service, they will call and say they will escalate my query to be attended urgently but still nothing. I have sent countless emails to *** and *** still no response. I have two contracts with MTN but after this service I will consider porting my number to another service provider.
