MTN Bad service

I have an ongoing investigation since June 2023 and we are now on October for wrong contract data allocation, I mean what's the use of telling us calls are recorded if it's going to take forever to retrieve the tapes and do what you have been employed to do. I'm really not happy with mtn. I'm now buying prepaid data month to month *** . I have logged multiple calls with them still nothing the only update you get is " we sincerely apologize.. we still investigating" .
