MTN Bad Service

I have cancelled my contract beginning of November. I am still receiving invoices month after month for insurance that should have been cancelled with the original cancellation. I have send multiple emails from the get go to have it sorted, I have emailed their customer service department, I have send mails to their complaints department and each email address provide on their website to try get this sorted out. To date I have received no response. How many of their old customers have had the same experience?....
