Mtn bad service

<p>This is 2 Mtn</p> <p>I am very Angry with the service Mtn has given me, firstly I bought a J1Ace phone from Jet Stores in end December 2015, the phone just died (no power) I took the phone in on the 29/08/2016, they emailed saying that I have 2 pay R803 for them to fix it, I than ask why should I pay pay as it is under warranty, they responding by saying that the problem is out of warranty, until nw I dnt no what they meant by saying that because the warranty is for 2years, I have being going 2 Jet stores 2 see if if phone has being send back 2 the store but no luck, I went again on the 10th October still no phone, so I received a call on the 13October from Jet stores saying that my phone is ready 4 collection, inwhich I went the 14th, but when I got there the phone was still not going on, so they gave me the phone back without being fixed so the guy that called me check the phone & said that it's still nt fixed & he called Mtn, they said that I have 2 pay R803, so he responded by saying that the phone still have warranty, but they refused 2 fix it,as he was speaking 2 Mtn on the phone I saw that the phone had a crack on the screen which wasn't there when I send it 4 repairs, I am very unhappy with MTN service as I saved 2 buy that phone.</p>
