MTN Bad service

I have been trying to upgrade since yesterday, have been told many versions of why they cannot do it......from credit block to ***** on my account. Spent many minutes on the phone to customer care (don't care) department and transfered from 1 department to the next and still no resolution of my account query.

Logged call on the website, email and no reply.
