MTN BAD SERVICE

Mtn is truly not a good customer service outlet,I've requesting assistance with my sim swap for almost a month now with no luck,I've been almost every store in the vaal to have this issue resolved but they can telling me call call service as their system are offline since last year,Im even sent an email to *** and they rep**** requesting my ID Copy,Affidavit,proof of address and number at question,..till now no one has responded and i need my number retrieved urgent as it affects my work and livelihood .Not happy with the treatment and lack clear advise
