MTN BAD SERVICE

If zero stars could be given MTN would get zero. I have had a incorrect billing issue for 4 months and nobody can solve the problem. I have sent emails and keep on phoning call centre and my case numbers I get each time gets closed, but the issue has not been resolved. How can a case get closed when it has not even been fixed?? I am very disgusted with MTN'S service.
