MTN BAD SERVICE

If there was an option, I would give them zeo (0). I paid off my contract phone in 2022 and now require a letter stating I have no debt with them. You struggle to get through that 135 number. Emails are not responded to. I emailed them proof on 4 October. To date I still do not have the letter. MTN has bad service. Never do business with them 😮💨
