MTN bad service

My name is rewaldo and have been a vustomer for more then 10 years now.. recently my contract have expired on 6th Des i phone them and wanted to do an upgrqde, the lady told me that i qualify fo a special deal 30 gigs day and 30 gigs night fo160 rqnd a month. I then told her to proceed with dis upgrade she then told me there was an amount outstanding of 80 rand and i should pay this firs because the upgrade will nog go through. I imediately EFT the 80 rands and waited for a day whenthemony reflects in their account. The next day however i phoned them again but they told me that there is no such deal with MTN and also not linked to my profile there was an upgrade donebut is was canceled again the theybefore. So because i van get a beter deal at vodacom i want to cancel my contract and port my numberbut when you fone cancelation department you hold forever for them it could take up to an hour just for them to ask why you want to cancel, and try to sell you *****nse. But some of them are rude and opnoxcious
